Rep. Joe Baca (CA-43) tells Mike Stark why he can't pledge to vote against bill that doesn't include a public option:

Poor Mike Stark... he thought Rep. Baca was a progressive and didn't know that he is actually on the Blue Dog Caucus. By the way Mr. Baca, my congressional representative, this is how you support a strong public option with access for all:
