Field Operations Meeting in New Orleans. Look at me... (though really you can't see cuz I'm taking the picture) with all the buddies from around the country --- we're working hard -- we're thinking hard (can't you see the steam??) --- some people (I will mention no names) are also playing hard in New Orleans.So one of the funnier ideas was about how to engage members, develop leaders, reward and recognize growth, leadership, etc. Soooooo... we're gonna become Mary Kay. Can you tell that was my idea?? hahaha. But it's valid, right? Pins, ribbons, crowns and cars!! Well, maybe not cars... but there we go!
