Q: Who actually writes the bills in congress?

The recently passed Stimulus Bill was written by the Apollo Alliance, a non-capitalist, communist based organization of which Environmental Czar, Van Jones, is a member.

Gee, I wonder what the guy who answered that one really thinks about our government. Though, if I was to write an answer, in particular about the financial reform bills, I would have an equally conspiratorial answer about the fascist totally capitalist based organizations like the banking industry.  Of which, nearly all of Congress takes money from.  Though, let's admit it --- my answer is a little bit based in reality.
